Hot Turkey Salad By Sharon Peringer 
Ingredients:  
* 1 Cup cooked cubed Turkey  
* ¼ teaspoon Curry Powder (opt.) 
* 1 Package Chicken Rice-A-Roni (Cooked) * sliced mushrooms (optional) 
* Add 1 Cup chopped Celery   Soy Sauce (optional)
* 2 bunches Green Onions, chopped 
* ½ Green Pepper, chopped (optional) 
* 2 jars marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and cut.
Mix all together with rice in pan and serve warm.
