Turkey Chip Bake By JoJo Bracco 
Ingredients:  
* 2 Cup Diced cooked Turkey  
* 2 Cup Diced celery or water chestnuts  
* 1/3 Cup Slivered toasted almonds  
* ½ teaspoon salt  
* 2  teaspoon finely diced onion 
* 2 Tablespoon lemon juice  
* ¾ Cup mayonnaise  
* 2 ounces shredded cheese  
* 1 Cup crushed potato chips 
 
Combine first 7 ingredients. Put in casserole dish and top with cheese and then chips. 
Bake at 425 about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
